We email each of our clients on a monthly basis sending them instructions on how to access their website usage information along with a reminder that they should be looking at that information.  That email contains a username and password that is required to log in and look at the usage information.

It is necessary to examine the website usage information to determine if your website investment is working as anticipated.

To access your usage information, enter the following into the address bar of Internet Explorer:

http://www.domain.com:10000

You will replace www.domain.com with your website domain name.  At that point, you will be asked to login.  Please enter your username and password.  If you do not know your username and password, please email us at stats@igdsolutions.com and we can send you the username and password.  If you have not received an email with that information in it, please send us the email address where you would like to receive this email reminder to stats@igdsolutions.com and you will receive a reminder within the next month.

Once you are logged in to the system, you can click on the magnifying glass icon under View Reports.  This will bring you into the usage information for your website.  At this point, you can select the time period you would like to look at (usually the previous full month) by clicking on the month or day.

Now you can click on any reports on the left that you would like to see.  We suggest looking at the summary report to the top left.  This will give you a sessions (number of different people), page views (pages viewed by those people), and average time spent on the website.  This can be a good overview of website activity.
